- Program: SV Accounting & More sends transactional, customer care, and conversational text messages only — appointment scheduling and reminders, document and information requests, filing and payment deadline reminders, engagement status updates, and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form, by providing your mobile number and consent on a service or engagement form, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency: you will receive approximately 10-20 messages per month, depending on your engagement and the season.
